Hi, I’m Cassie!
I’ve been in insurance since the turn of the century. Wow, sounds like a long, long time! That’s 2000, not 1900. Still, I have plenty of experience, and I started as Retention Lead at Mitch in 2022 before becoming our Retention Manager.
Retention means that if you’re a Mitch customer, we want you to stay for, well, a long, long time. For that to happen, we need to give you a great experience every time you call, do what we say we’re going to do, and make sure you always have the best coverage for the best possible price.
I believe our customers deserve our best effort every time, and our honesty. If I don’t know the answer, I’ll tell you that, and then I’ll go find it. Your relationship with your insurance broker needs to be based on trust, and we work hard every day to build that trust.
When I’m not working, I like to stay active. I go hiking a lot in the summer, and I also love playing baseball. When it’s time to chill though, I can do that too. There’s nothing quite like sitting by a lake, watching the sunset with a good glass of wine.
