Whitby, ON, September 23, 2022: Mitch Insurance is proud to announce it has been recognized as one of Canada’s Top Growing Companies for 2022 by The Globe and Mail’s Report on Business magazine. Headquartered in Whitby, Ontario, this is the second consecutive year that the insurance brokerage has been included on the highly respected annual ranking.
Created in 2019, Canada’s Top Growing Companies celebrates the boldest entrepreneurial achievements by identifying and amplifying the accomplishments of innovative, independent businesses from across the country.
The 2022 list includes 430 companies that were ranked on their three-year growth. Mitch Insurance placed No. 360 and earned its spot with a three-year revenue increase of 81%.

Previously known as Mitchell & Whale Insurance Brokers, this past summer the company changed its name to Mitch Insurance and introduced a new value proposition of lovable insurance. This rebrand was the next major step in the foundational work being completed as Mitch Insurance modernizes and scales all aspects of its operations.
The brokerage is also looking to expand its footprint outside of Ontario, beginning with Alberta in the coming months.
